I’m Chanta Rand. I’ve worn many hats, including author, artist, instructional designer, performance consultant, and social justice advocate. I'm the founder of Design Slayers and the owner of Curriculum Queens.
Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to serve with Fortune 10 corporations to design innovative training solutions. I've also done the hard, yet rewarding work of serving as a Director-at-Large and the Diversity Chairperson for Romance Writer's of America. During my journey, I’ve partnered with some incredibly talented people who not only think outside the box, but realize there is no box.
I believe our sole purpose is to enrich the lives of others. Whether it’s providing a relatable personal connection or solving a basic problem, we should be creating memorable experiences that inspire others.
When I’m not trying to change the world, I’m usually curled up in a chair working a crossword puzzle or traveling the globe.
